	Eldercare Coaching Products and Services:
	Eldercare Coaching Ala Carte - $150 per hour Work with Janice individually or as a family group to deal with a specific issue such as coping with a new diagnosis, planning for a transition to senior housing or resolving conflicts between siblings. Eldercare Coaching can be conducted in person (in the San Francisco Bay Area) or by telephone. Janice works with individuals and entire families even when all family members are not in the same location. _________________________________
	Eldercare Coaching Basic** - $420 fee Eldercare situation are often complex with multiple problems and solutions that have to be identified. The 3 hour Eldercare Coaching Basic package may be right for you if you and your family in agreement that multiple issues and concerns need to discussed and you are ready to evaluate options and design an eldercare action plan. This package includes brief phone and email support between scheduled appointments. _________________________________
	Eldercare Coaching Intensive** - $625 fee Complex medical situations or complicated family relationships require time to discuss issues and create an eldercare plan to move forward. The 5 hour Eldercare Coaching Intensive package may be right for you and your family if you are caring for a person with dementia, having trouble agreeing on next steps to help your relative or faced with a long term caregiving committment and would like to receive on going support through Eldercare Coaching. This package includes brief phone and email support between scheduled appointments. _________________________________
	**Any unused portion of this plan can be banked for up to one year.
